As the founder and principal of Teala Consulting, she has built a reputation for delivering high-impact solutions in human resources, career development, and internal/external communications. Tiffany is also a prolific writer and subject matter expert, having authored both bylined and ghostwritten content for industry giants including ADP, KeyBank, Yahoo!, Coldwell Banker, and multiple national healthcare organizations. Her work has driven increased engagement, brand recognition, and operational improvements across diverse sectors.
In addition to her consulting work, Tiffany has worn many hats with equal passion and excellence: elected City Councilwoman, church ministry director, nonprofit board member, and most recently, group home manager and lead caregiver at a residential care facility for patients living with dementia, and chronic or terminal illness. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in History from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Dean’s List scholar and completed her degree in just three years. She is a National Honor Society graduate of Scranton Preparatory School and holds these certifications: Professional Human Resources (PHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Throughout her corporate career in healthcare, property management, and aviation, these credentials have supported her success in implementing systemic improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
Away from work, Tiffany is a believer, a proud mom to two teenagers, and a devoted “servant” to a very spoiled dog, appropriately named Baby. She’s a lifelong reader, an enthusiastic genealogist, and unapologetically obsessed with Sonic (the drive-in, not the hedgehog)—a devotion that is rivaled only by her long-running infatuation with Tom Cruise.
Tiffany is currently expanding her creative endeavors by co-managing a growing Etsy shop and independently publishing an array of titles ranging from thought-provoking guided journals to cookbooks filled with mouthwatering recipes.
